Israeli military forces demolished a Palestinian home and broke into another residence Thursday in Battir, a village situated west of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank's southern region, IMEMC News reported. The operation targeted the community without advance notice to residents.
Akram Badr, head of the Battir Municipality, confirmed the military incursion and structural destruction. The demolition marked another instance in a series of operations Israeli forces have carried out against Palestinian properties across occupied territories, affecting civilian housing and community infrastructure in villages throughout the West Bank.
