The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights condemned an escalation of Israeli settler attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank, stating the violence occurs alongside rapid establishment of settlement outposts and land seizures. The organization said settlers and Israeli military forces are collaborating in crimes against Palestinian civilians and property.
PCHR characterized the combined tactics of settler violence and settlement expansion as tools to impose de facto annexation of the West Bank. The group called the escalation "unprecedented" and said it involves the systematic imposition of facts on the ground through coordinated military and settler action.
