Hamas official Mahmoud Mardawi warned of escalating settler attacks against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, Shehab Wire reported. He cited a pattern of demolitions targeting homes, agricultural facilities, and industrial infrastructure across the Jordan Valley as evidence of intensifying operations by Israeli forces and settlers.
Mardawi said the occupation's crimes would only strengthen Palestinian determination to resist and persist in the face of what he characterized as systematic pressure. The Hamas leader's statement came as tensions remain high over settlement expansion and military operations in the West Bank.
