Islamic Jihad's military wing, Saraya al-Quds, announced the deaths of three of its commanders and fighters killed in Israeli operations across Gaza, Shehab Wire reported. The faction said the men were martyred in strikes targeting the territory but did not immediately provide details on the specific circumstances, locations, or timing of the operations that resulted in their deaths.
Among those killed was commander Hamdi, though Saraya al-Quds did not release additional information about the other two fighters. The announcement comes as Israeli military operations in Gaza have continued since October 2023, with Palestinian armed groups regularly announcing casualties among their ranks during the ongoing conflict.
