Prisoners' media office said Sheikh Jamal al-Natsha, 69, requires urgent medical follow-up while Israeli authorities postpone a surgical procedure to remove a device from his head, Shehab Wire reported. The office has notified occupation authorities multiple times of his medical need.
Al-Natsha's health condition has deteriorated under the delay in treatment. Prison officials have repeatedly informed Israeli authorities about the necessity of the operation but received no response authorizing the procedure.
