Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Marka, south of Jenin, at dawn on Saturday, injuring an elderly man and a child during the operation, IMEMC News reported. The raid targeted the southern Jenin village as part of a wider military campaign across the West Bank.
Six Palestinian citizens were taken into custody during the storming of multiple towns and villages throughout the occupied territory on the same day. The Saturday incursions marked the latest in a series of military operations conducted by Israeli forces in the region.
