Israeli colonizers established a new illegal outpost Tuesday on Palestinian land in Beit Iksa, northwest of occupied Jerusalem in the West Bank, according to IMEMC News. The settlement at Khirbet al-Alawna marks the second such outpost built on village land within four months.
