Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine leader Muhammad al-Ghoul accused the U.S. administration and UN Middle East peace coordinator Nikolai Mladenov of responsibility for Israeli escalation, Shehab Wire reported exclusively. Al-Ghoul called on Mladenov to end his silence and publicly declare that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not serious about implementing a ceasefire agreement.
The official held both the American administration and the UN coordinator accountable for what he described as Zionist escalation. His comments came amid Palestinian disagreements with international mediation efforts over agreement implementation.
