A six-story residential building collapsed Wednesday morning in the Sana'a Street area west of Gaza City, Shehab Wire reported. The structure, which housed displaced residents, killed at least nine people and wounded 14 others, with dozens more trapped beneath the rubble.
The collapse also damaged adjacent tents housing displaced families. Search and rescue operations were underway at the site as authorities worked to locate those missing in the debris.
