Civil Defence crews in Rafah extinguished a fire that broke out in six tents housing displaced people in the Fash Farsh area of southern Gaza, Shehab Wire reported. The blaze was caused by a cooking gas leak that ignited and spread across the shelters.
Safety incidents in displacement camps remain frequent, with thousands living in tents equipped with basic cooking equipment and limited fire prevention measures.
