Yahya Sinwar, commander of Hamas's Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, has been killed, Shehab Wire reported. Sinwar, also known as Abu Ibrahim, led the militant group during the escalating conflict in Gaza. His death removes a central figure from Hamas's military and political leadership during ongoing operations in the territory.
The circumstances and exact timing of Sinwar's death were not immediately detailed in available reports. Israeli forces have conducted extensive military operations in Gaza targeting Hamas commanders and infrastructure.
