Shehab Wire reported that the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, released new footage of slain commander Ayman Nofal on the third anniversary of his death. Nofal, who led the Central Brigade and served as a member of the general military council, was commemorated through scenes documenting stages of his military career.
The release marked a recurring practice among Palestinian armed groups of publishing archival material and biographical content on the anniversaries of fallen commanders' deaths.
