The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas's military wing, released video footage of Muhammad Hamdan Abu Ghunima, a field commander from the Shujayya Battalion in Gaza's central brigade, Shehab Wire reported. Abu Ghunima was presented as part of the "Flood Stars" series, which documents fighters killed in the conflict.
The brigades regularly publish such materials featuring slain commanders and fighters as part of their communications strategy during the ongoing war.
