Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned it would reduce Israel to scorched earth should the country's energy infrastructure come under attack, the Ma'an news agency reported. The threat appeared to reference potential Israeli strikes on Iranian facilities, escalating rhetoric amid heightened regional tensions.
The warning came as Iran has faced repeated concerns about Israeli military action against its critical infrastructure, particularly nuclear and energy installations.
