Israeli forces savagely beat young man Issa Masaaf in the Hawara area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, the Ma'an news agency reported. The assault followed an attack on Masaaf's home by settler militias and violence against his family.
The incident occurred in a region where Palestinians face recurring confrontations with both Israeli military forces and armed settler groups operating in the area.
