Israeli forces demolished an inhabited two-storey residence near Bethlehem on Tuesday, Middle East Eye reported. The military cited lack of building permits as justification for the demolition, which displaced the occupants.
The destruction occurred as settler attacks persist across the occupied West Bank. The home's demolition and the concurrent violence by Israeli settlers reflect the dual pressures facing Palestinian communities in the territory.
