Ynet's top story followed Iranian reports of explosions near Kharg Island, Iran's main oil export terminal, after Donald Trump's repeated threats to strike it — alongside its own report that a failed attempt to reach the besieged Abu Rida home in Qusra "will explode in our faces," and coverage of US ambassador Mike Huckabee's visit to Turmus Ayya following a swastika-graffiti attack that targeted him.

Maariv's front page carried the Kharg Island reports and Huckabee's visit under the headline "terror is terror — and there will be consequences," alongside breaking coverage of a Lebanese Health Ministry claim that Israeli strikes killed four and wounded 32 overnight, and a report that Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner had landed in Moscow.
