The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights condemned an Israeli strike on Gaza City's Municipal Police headquarters that killed eight officers, including two women, and a girl who was playing in a nearby park, with 18 others injured, according to the organization. The attack took place yesterday afternoon.
PCHR characterized the strike as part of what it describes as a pattern of systematic targeting of police and security forces across Gaza. The organization argued that such operations aggravate chaos throughout the territory and undermine the capacity of civilian protection mechanisms to function effectively.
