A Palestinian youth in Hebron confronted Israeli settlers and refused to hand over his identity card and phone, forcing them to retreat, the Ma'an news agency reported. The incident occurred amid heightened tensions between Palestinians and settlers in the occupied West Bank city, where clashes over movement and documentation checks have intensified in recent months.
Details of the confrontation and the circumstances that prompted the settlers' approach were not immediately available.
