Gaza Center for Human Rights strongly condemned an Israeli military strike on a municipal police headquarters in Gaza City, Shehab Wire reported. The attack killed nine people, the majority of them Palestinian police officers and personnel. A displaced girl sheltering near the targeted compound was also among those killed, while additional civilians sustained injuries.
The rights organization called for an international investigation into the strike. Gaza Center for Human Rights did not specify the timing of the attack or provide a detailed breakdown of the wounded. The incident comes amid ongoing Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip.
