The Hind Rajab Foundation submitted a request to the U.S. Department of Justice demanding the arrest and prosecution of an Israeli officer suspected of involvement in the death of Palestinian child Hind Rajab in Gaza in 2024, according to Shehab Wire.
The Brussels-based rights organization filed the petition as part of efforts to hold accountable those allegedly responsible for the killing of the 6-year-old girl, who died during Israel's military operations in Gaza.
