Samidoun denounced intensifying attacks on Palestinian women detainees and called for the release of Bushra al-Tawil, Shehab Wire reported. The group's statement addressed what it characterized as a worsening pattern of abuse targeting female prisoners in Israeli custody.
Al-Tawil's case appeared central to Samidoun's demands, though the organization's full statement on the specific circumstances surrounding her detention was not detailed in available reports.
