Settlers established a new outpost Thursday in the Wadi Yasuf area east of Salfit city, erecting tents at the site, Shehab Wire reported. The move threatens Palestinian citizens' access to their land and use of it, according to the report.
The village council chief issued warnings over the development, though details of his statement were not provided in the initial report.
