Dozens of Israeli settlers entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday morning through the Bab al-Magharba gate under heavy protection from Israeli occupation police, according to Shehab Wire. The group conducted provocative tours through the mosque's courtyards and performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern section.
The incursion occurred as Palestinian worshippers faced restrictions on access to the site. Such settler visits to the compound have been a recurring flashpoint in Israeli-Palestinian tensions.
