Families in Gaza's refugee camps face a fourth consecutive winter battling wind, rain, and flooding as the territory braces for harsh weather conditions. The humanitarian situation in the densely populated camps has deteriorated significantly over successive winters, compounding challenges already facing displaced Palestinians.
Al Jazeera English reported that the impending season is likely to bring further devastation to an already vulnerable population. Winter weather compounds existing shortages of shelter, clean water, and sanitation facilities in the camps, where living conditions remain severely constrained.
