Amnesty International called on Hamas-affiliated authorities and forces in Gaza to end extrajudicial executions of suspected Israeli collaborators carried out without judicial proceedings. The rights group documented cases in which individuals were killed outside any legal framework, denying the accused due process protections and access to justice mechanisms.
The organization urged Hamas authorities to launch formal investigations into the killings, hold those responsible accountable through proper legal channels, and provide reparations to the families of victims. Amnesty International emphasized that extrajudicial executions constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law and are prohibited regardless of the circumstances surrounding individual cases or the identities of those targeted in such operations.
