Colombia has withdrawn its intervention in South Africa's case against Israel at the International Court of Justice, the Shehab Wire reported. The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory said Wednesday that Colombia's decision does not affect the substance of the case or its legal proceedings.
South Africa brought the genocide case before the ICJ, with Colombia having previously filed to participate in the lawsuit.
