Hamas issued a statement mourning Omar Muhammad Nasan, 19, and Khalil Abu Alia, 19, whom the movement said were killed by Israeli occupation forces and settler gangs during confrontations in the village of Al-Mughayyir in the occupied West Bank, Shehab Wire reported. The deaths occurred as Palestinians resisted what Hamas characterized as settler attacks on the village.
In its statement, Hamas said the two young men had died defending their community against the assault. The movement declared that the martyrs' blood "will not go in vain," reaffirming its commitment to resistance against Israeli military operations and settler violence in Palestinian territories.
