Iran's foreign ministry said the country is preparing a potential preemptive strike against Israel and the United States, claiming both nations are readying an attack, the Ma'an news agency reported. A senior Iranian official stated that Tehran would consider launching a strike first if presented with evidence of imminent military action.
The statement represents an escalation in rhetoric between Iran and the two Western powers amid ongoing regional tensions.
