Israeli media reported that authorities have begun establishing eight new settlement outposts in the Hebron Hills region in response to an operation in Hebron, the Ma'an Wire reported. The construction effort is being coordinated with the Israeli military and led by National Security Minister Itamar Smotrich.
The move represents an expansion of Israeli settlement activity in the occupied West Bank, an area where Palestinian communities face restricted movement and land access.
