Israeli forces shot a Palestinian child in the city of Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank before dawn Sunday, IMEMC News reported. Occupation soldiers also opened fire on another Palestinian citizen in Jenin, located in the northern part of the West Bank, during the same early morning period.
The military operations extended beyond the shootings. Occupation forces stormed the town of Aqaba, situated north of Jenin, as part of what appeared to be a broader series of incursions across the territory. The timing and coordination of the operations across multiple locations underscored the scope of the military activity on Sunday.
