Two Palestinians were wounded Sunday when Israeli forces opened fire on a tent encampment for displaced persons at the Shujayea intersection east of Gaza City, Shehab Wire reported. The shooting occurred as Israeli troops continued operations in the area following a night marked by evacuations.
The incident represents a breach of the ceasefire agreement, according to the report. Details on the conditions of the wounded Palestinians were not immediately available.
