Jerusalem District Electricity Company announced planned power outages affecting multiple areas of Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, the Maan Wire reported. The cuts will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on specified dates, with different neighborhoods subject to disruptions on different days.
