Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu aired a call from Donald Trump on Monday in which the U.S. president endorsed him and predicted electoral victory, Al-Monitor reported. Trump also suggested in the conversation that the two leaders might jointly attack Iran, according to the report.
The endorsement came days before closely contested Israeli elections scheduled to take place later in the week.
