Residents of Silwan secured a decision against financing a settlement center in their neighborhood, Shehab Wire reported. The move comes as Israeli occupation forces intensify pressure on the Palestinian community through restrictions on residents.
The decision represents a local victory for Silwan families opposing the establishment of the settlement infrastructure in their area, though occupation-imposed constraints on the population persist.
