Abu Suleiman, head of the local council in Zanuta, a village in the South Hebron Hills of the southern occupied West Bank, has shared an account of displacement and ongoing struggle, according to Amnesty International. The village leader's reflections detail the personal toll of forced displacement on Palestinian communities in the region.
Zanuta sits in an area marked by Israeli settlement expansion and military control. Suleiman's account traces the lasting impact of displacement on those forced from their homes and communities in the occupied territories.
