Colombia has withdrawn its declaration of intervention in South Africa's genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice, Middle East Eye reported. The withdrawal came through an Article 63 declaration, which allows countries to formally participate in ICJ proceedings involving the interpretation of genocide convention obligations.
