Dozens of settlers entered Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday morning under heavy protection from Israeli police, Shehab Wire reported. The group performed Talmudic prayers and rituals in the compound's courtyards, including the area surrounding the Dome of the Rock shrine.
Israeli police maintained tight security during the incursion, which took place in the mosque's open-air sections rather than inside prayer halls.
