The National Office for Land Defense and Settlement Resistance said Israeli occupation authorities are advancing a plan to establish an elongated settlement bloc stretching east to west across the West Bank, according to Shehab Wire. The scheme involves linking settlements and settler outposts through a network of roads and axes designed to cut communication between the northern and central regions of the territory.
