Israel's Supreme Court on Friday overturned a decision to strike the Joint List and the United Arab List from the ballot, along with Knesset member Ofer Knesset, allowing them to contest the elections. The justices determined that the reasons for their disqualification did not meet legal thresholds.
The court's reversal restores three political entities to participate in the upcoming elections after an initial ruling had barred them from running, Shehab Wire reported.
