A study by an Israeli reserve officer has revealed details of what it describes as Hamas's deception strategy preceding the October 7, 2023 attack, Shehab Wire reported. The strategy allegedly involved sending reassurance messages to Israeli security agencies while concealing attack preparations.
The document examined how Hamas used various channels, including direct communications, to mask its intentions ahead of the operation that killed hundreds in southern Israel and triggered the ongoing war in Gaza.
