Arleen Abdullah, a Jerusalem resident, described the demolition of her house by Israeli forces, Shehab Wire reported. The video testimony captures her account of losing her home and the memories tied to it.
Abdullah's story forms part of a broader Palestinian narrative of residential destruction in Jerusalem, where Israeli authorities have demolished hundreds of Palestinian-owned structures in recent years, often citing lack of building permits while Palestinians say the permit process is prohibitively difficult to navigate.
