An international law expert and attorney before the International Criminal Court said the time has come for the world to hold Israel accountable for alleged crimes in Gaza, Shehab Wire reported. The lawyer characterized the strike on al-Aصالة building in Gaza City as part of a broader genocidal policy by Israeli occupation forces.
The attorney, who practices before courts in Paris and the International Criminal Court, argued that individual incidents must be viewed within the context of systematic conduct to establish liability under international law.
