London police arrested a man in connection with posters displaying a photograph of an armed Israeli soldier, Middle East Eye reported. The image, described as showing the soldier jeering at a Palestinian woman, was distributed across the city on posters that critics called "monstrous."
The photograph used in the posters is authenticated and has circulated widely in coverage of Israeli-Palestinian tensions. Police did not immediately disclose the specific charges or circumstances leading to the arrest.
