The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem announced that Father Luis Montes of the Institute of the Incarnate Word arrived Wednesday, November 4, to join the Sacred Family parish in Gaza. The appointment aims to strengthen the Church's presence in the territory.
Montes takes up his post as the parish continues its pastoral work amid the humanitarian challenges facing Gaza's Christian community.
