More than 100 humanitarian and human rights organizations challenged the Gaza ceasefire accord, according to Shehab Wire, saying it amounts to words without effect on the ground.
The groups documented more than 1,400 Palestinian deaths in the year since the agreement took hold, with at least 327 of the dead identified as children. Israeli forces carried out the killings, the organizations said.
