Activists raided an Elbit Systems factory in preparation for delivering an "immediate shipment of drones" to Israel, according to testimony heard in court, Middle East Eye reported. Defendant Qesser Zuhrah told jurors that she and co-defendants "created a distraction" during the action targeting the weapons manufacturer's facility.
The raid occurred as the factory prepared to dispatch the unmanned aircraft, court proceedings revealed. Elbit Systems is Israel's largest private arms manufacturer.
