Loui Ridi, a Palestinian-American, has reunited with his family in Qusra after the village came under siege, Al Jazeera English reported. Videos document his arrival at his home, capturing the first moments of the reunion with relatives he had been separated from.
Qusra, located in the West Bank, has faced restrictions limiting movement in and out of the community. The village's isolation has prevented residents from freely entering or leaving, constraining daily life and contact with the outside. Ridi's return represents one of the rare instances of family members crossing the barriers that have contained the area.
