Palestinian diaspora groups worldwide are rejecting upcoming elections for the Palestinian National Council, Shehab Wire reported. Simaan Khoury, a council member representing El Salvador and Central America, disclosed that the council's restructuring process has been predetermined outside electoral frameworks.
Khoury stated he has received no communications regarding the elections to date, casting doubt on the legitimacy of the voting process.
