Qassam Brigades released video footage identifying the operative who killed an Israeli sniper during the 2021 return march demonstrations, Shehab Wire reported. The shooter, named as Muhammad Maher Abu Jaser from the Suhail Ziyada battalion of the northern Gaza brigade, fired from behind the border barrier.
The identification comes as part of a video disclosure by the armed wing of Hamas, which has previously claimed responsibility for operations during the mass mobilization along Gaza's perimeter fence.
